Founded in 2004, Jag Grewal has led leaders  Group to becoming one of the leaders in developing Alberta and surrounding neighborhoods. Graduating from Bombay top university, Jag Grewal unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the cities biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Jag is still taking leaders  Group to new heights. 

Graduating from India's finest  school, Mandeep has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new ideas and diversification, Mandeep has made a name for herself with spacious designs. Mandeep has proven to become the face of leaders  Group  associated company-2025526 AB Inc. in a very  positive asset to the community since 2019.

She is a face behind handling all the Admin for 2025526 AB Inc, which is partnered with Leaders Group-Real Estate for all Admin duties at corporate level.

Has extensive experience as a lawyer in the area of development and has worked with and for builders, developers, and investors through local and international property acquisitions. Mr. Steed had operated a practice of law mainly focusing on all aspects of Real Estate and Company transactional law. He has also conducted his own development work in subdividing and dealing with negotiations with local municipalities and regulatory bodies. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta and fluent in both French and English and is actively involved in many volunteer organizations. Born and raised in Alberta he is a third generation Albertan with many family ties to all regions of the province. Since concluding his own practice of law, Mr. Steed is active in corporate work and business development.

Mr. Gurmail Grewal is a Senior Naval Officer with four decades of experience in delivering projects. He has chiefly managed projects for Indian Navy and other process Naval projects for various industries.  Mr. Gurmail Grewal is a capable leader who can manage a muti-disciplinary project team. He can not only undertake end-to-end project management but can also function as Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC). Infact, Mr. Gurmail Grewal can function as SPOC with equal ease for both internal as well as external customers. Additionally, Mr. Gurmail Grewal also implements best practices during project execution. Thus, ensuring better realization of project goals. Further, he is adept in use of project management tools & techniques namely MS Project, S Curve, and Earned Value Management System. As a result of which, Mr. Gurmail Grewal meets project performance parameters all the time.  

Jack has been in the Real estate and construction business for almost 30 years. He began his career as a real estate agent and assistant to a brokerage. He soon opened his own new home construction business and has since been working with developers to build new homes and commercial sites. His largest project to date with his team of construction laborers is the Holiday Inn Express in High River Alberta. His amazing ability to keep with in deadlines and deliver final projects without delay and error are what make him a key person in the development of the investments made by the group. Bob works as the estimator for cost of development and projections for deadlines.
