Salt-Water Pool
Make a splash in the salt-water pool. Our uniquely designed, aqua-size pool is always warm and inviting. It’s designed to use less harsh chemicals to keep the pool nice and clean. Fitness classes like Aqua Fit, led by Origin staff offer a fun, low impact exercise program that uses the water’s resistance to get you in shape.
Training Studio
Regular strength or resistance training can help prevent the natural loss of lean muscle mass that comes with aging, as well as those with reduced mobility. Our training studio is designed to meet the needs of seniors with reduced mobility, so even those in wheelchairs can experience the health benefits of exercise and an active lifestyle.
Movement Studio
The Movement Studio at Leaders Senior Care is a bright and beautiful open space to get active. You can join by participating in a dance class or stretch it out in a yoga class. Our fitness coaches lead you in all types of group fitness in this studio like (TBA) Fitness, or Pilates, there’s something for everyone to enjoy here. This is a physically therapeutic activity to restore and assist in fall prevention. In this class, we strengthen muscles and adapt focus to keep you balanced.
At Leaders Senior Care Active Lifestyle Communities, we have done the research and have seen the benefits an active lifestyle can have on our quality of life as we age. We do our best to make fitness fun at any level through our safe and progressive programs. Our salt-water pool and two fitness studios equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment make it possible for residents up to 100-years-old to take control of their physical wellbeing. We offer group fitness classes 6 or more times each week, and residents are always welcome to use the pool and studios at their leisure.
